2. Vendor Responsibility

Vendors are solely responsible for:

• Quality of products or services provided
• Compliance with local laws and regulations

FYNNZO does not guarantee sales, leads, or business outcomes.

3. Payments & Subscriptions

• All subscriptions are prepaid
• Subscription validity starts from the activation date
• Services are delivered as per the selected package

4. Content & Promotions

FYNNZO reserves the right to approve, modify, or reject any content that violates platform policies, legal guidelines, or community standards.

5. Limitation of Liability

FYNNZO is not responsible for disputes between vendors and customers. The platform acts only as a promotional and discovery service.

6. Changes to Terms

FYNNZO may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of updated terms. 

Social Media & Promotion Policy

The Vendor understands and agrees that:

1.       FYNNZO is a digital discovery platform, not a mass social media posting service.

2.       Vendor offers and business updates will be published on the FYNNZO App and Website, where there is no posting limitation.

3.       Promotion on Facebook and Instagram is carried out primarily through the Vendor’s own social media pages.

4.       FYNNZO’s official social media pages are used only for brand building, discovery posts, and curated highlights, and not for daily or bulk vendor offer postings.

5.       FYNNZO reserves the right to decide the type, frequency, and format of any content shared on its official social media pages to comply with platform policies.

6.       This policy is designed to ensure maximum visibility, platform safety, and long-term sustainability for both FYNNZO and its vendors.
